In September 2018, I was lucky enough to be involved in the Australia LGBTI Multicultural Council (AGMC) Conference that was held at St Kilda Town Hall. The conference was held over three days and included many discussion points and presentations about being multicultural in the LGBTI space and living within the intersection. It was a fantastic conference with over 200 people attending.
I was lucky enough to also be involved in their anthology call ‘Living and Loving in Diversity’ that launched on the Friday night of the conference. The book is compiled from over 60 different amazing people within the community and their stories. There are some amazing pieces from people like Benjamin Law, Annette Xiberras, Tony Briffa and the ever so talented Mama Alto.
This book is an amazing opportunity to read some amazing stories from awe-inspiring people. To grab your copy of the book, you can read more about it from here:
